7 East Timor diplomats complete training course in S. Korea

SEOUL, Nov. 10 (Yonhap) -- Seven diplomats from East Timor completed a two-week training program at the Sejong Institute, a private think tank, on Friday.
They have attended classes on Korean history and regional diplomatic and security issues, including North Korea's nuclear threats.
Sejong offered the program in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), a state-run aid organization.
