SINGAPORE — In a bid to encourage more members of the public to get vaccinated, American casual restaurant chain Shake Shack on Thursday (June 24) said that it will be offering free fries to those who have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
The catch: Customers must buy a burger to get the free Crinkle Cut Fries.
In a press release, Shake Shack said that its promotion will run from July 1 to 15.
The one-time redemption can take place at any of its six outlets across the island, including those at Jewel Changi Airport, Suntec City and VivoCity mall.
Members of the public who want to make the redemption for the freebie will have to present a proof of vaccination.
This may come in the form of the TraceTogether mobile application or a physical vaccination card that have to be presented in-store when making the burger purchase, Shake Shack said.
